Flow board controls
- Horizontal or vertical layout
- Collapse/expand phases
- Drag inject cards between phases

Phase names, count, and order are fixed by the scenario type — they cannot be renamed or reordered, including in JSON imports. Choose a different scenario type if you need a different phase structure.
Injects
Each inject card contains:
| Element | Details |
|---|---|
| Scenario Inject (message) | Required. What participants read on the inject card |
| Inject type | Situation update, Curveball, or Escalation (stored in data; live UI shows "Scenario Inject") |
| Participant questions | At least one per inject |
Injects are ordered within each phase. During live exercises they are labeled P{phase}.{inject} (e.g. P1.2).
Facilitators release injects manually during the exercise (no built-in auto-scheduling in the UI).
