Phases

Flow board controls

  • Horizontal or vertical layout
  • Collapse/expand phases
  • Drag inject cards between phases
  • Add inject per phase

Phase names, count, and order are fixed by the scenario type — they cannot be renamed or reordered, including in JSON imports. Choose a different scenario type if you need a different phase structure.

Injects

Each inject card contains:

Injects are ordered within each phase. During live exercises they are labeled P{phase}.{inject} (e.g. P1.2).

Facilitators release injects manually during the exercise (no built-in auto-scheduling in the UI).

Vote questions: At least two non-empty choices. Choices display as a, b, c… Empty choice row = write-in option.

Confidence slider: Optional low/high labels (defaults: "Not confident" / "Very confident").

Role scope (org editor only)

Fixed participant instruction (shown in exercise room, not editable in builder):
"What are you and/or your team doing during this inject? If it doesn't apply to your team, put N/A."

Per phase, attach:

  • Affected IT assets
  • Affected vendors
  • BIA processes in focus

Shown to participants and facilitator for the active phase; included in PDF reports.
