Organization settings

Path: Settings → Organization

Organization nameDisplay name across the app and reports
SlugURL-safe identifier; must be unique
Logo / brandingUpload PNG, JPEG, or SVG (max 2 MB). Appears on PDF reports and exports
Exercise data retention Plus ProHours to auto-purge sessions marked "remove after exercise" (default 48 hours)
Delete organizationPermanent. Requires admin role, typing org slug, and 2FA verification

Default participant roles

New organizations receive five seeded participant roles (tabletop seats): Incident Commander, Communications, IT / Security, Legal, and Operations. Customize them at Settings → Participants & Roles.

Workspace switcher

Users with access to multiple organizations (for example, MSP facilitators in client orgs) switch workspaces from the sidebar dropdown.
