| Organization name | Display name across the app and reports |
| Slug | URL-safe identifier; must be unique |
| Logo / branding | Upload PNG, JPEG, or SVG (max 2 MB). Appears on PDF reports and exports |
| Exercise data retention Plus Pro | Hours to auto-purge sessions marked "remove after exercise" (default 48 hours) |
| Delete organization | Permanent. Requires admin role, typing org slug, and 2FA verification |
Default participant roles
New organizations receive five seeded participant roles (tabletop seats): Incident Commander, Communications, IT / Security, Legal, and Operations. Customize them at Settings → Participants & Roles.
Workspace switcher
Users with access to multiple organizations (for example, MSP facilitators in client orgs) switch workspaces from the sidebar dropdown.
