Business Impact Analysis

The BIA dashboard is a single view of your business continuity program: processes, IT assets, vendors, and playbooks. It highlights coverage gaps so you know what to fix before the next exercise.

Resilience overview

Stat cards summarizing program health:

  • Total processes — with a critical/high breakdown
  • Missing RTO — processes without a recovery time objective
  • Workaround unknown — processes not yet assessed for a manual workaround
  • Assets missing RTO — out of total IT assets
  • Vendors no BCP — critical/high vendors without an assessed business continuity plan

Process coverage

A paginated table of your business processes with Criticality, RTO, RPO, MAD (maximum acceptable downtime), Workaround, and Dependencies (linked assets and vendors). Info popovers explain each recovery objective. Manage processes → opens the Business processes register where records are created and edited.

Critical & high vendor risk

A table of your critical and high-criticality vendors with RTO, RPO, whether a BCP has been assessed, and whether a fallback is available. Manage vendors → opens the Vendors register.

Process, asset, and vendor records feed scenario Business context so exercises test the dependencies you have documented.
