Post-exercise report
Generated when exercise completes, at /exercises/[id]/report (open via View report & wrap-up). Includes:
- Scenario narrative and a released-inject timeline grouped by phase
- Participant responses per inject, with participant name and role ("department")
- Vote tallies and confidence-slider results
- Communications used per phase
- Assets, vendors, and business processes exercised (from linked business context)
- Facilitator observations and notes
- Hotwash feedback summaries
- Org branding (logo)
Export PDF from report page. Facilitator notes can be saved on the report.
Hotwash (participants)
After exercise ends, participants may submit:
- Session quality rating (Poor → Excellent)
- Confidence after the exercise (Poor → Excellent)
- What went well
- What needs improvement
Summarized in report (total responses, average ratings).
Reports list
/reports — all post-exercise reports. Deleting a completed exercise removes its report.
