Path: Business Processes (/processes) — Plus Pro
The process register behind the BIA dashboard. Define critical business processes and their dependencies, then link processes to injects so exercise reports show which processes were exercised.
Process fields
- Name (required)
- Category (customizable in Fields tab)
- Criticality (Critical / High / Medium / Low)
- Tags (optional, org-configurable)
- Description (optional)
- RTO in minutes (optional) — recovery time objective
- RPO in minutes (optional) — recovery point objective
- MAD / MTPD (optional) — maximum acceptable downtime
- Manual workaround available — plus how long the workaround can sustain the process
- Next review due (optional) — surfaces on the BC Program calendar
Dependencies
In the process detail panel, link dependencies by type: IT asset, role, or vendor. Dependency counts appear in the BIA process coverage table.
